Minimum Criteria:

- Credit Score of 600 or above 

- Household income of 3x monthly rent amount

- Acceptable Background Check

Required Documents:

- Government Issued Identification (Photo ID, Driver's License, Passport)

- Previous 2 month's of paystubs

- Pet Records (if applicable)

Move-in Prerequisites:

- Executed Lease Agreement (minimum 12-month term)

- $2000 Security Deposit (required to reserve home)

- Proof of Renter's Insurance

- Utilities put in tenant's name
